Is this weak positive or false positive?

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have irregular periods. My doctor suggested me to start the course of norethistrone on 14th of September. I completed my course on 16th. Until today no signs of periods. My pregnancy test shows a fainted second line. Please tell me if am I weak positive or is this a false positive. Should i take hcg blood test now or wait for few more days and see the progress?
