Is this normal?
It showed metzner level 19.6. But as per other parameters, does this look like anaemia? I had sleep issues and fatigue eyes since past few days so decided to go ahead for a full body checkup. Interim report has come and it showed this. Please guide me. What to do next. 6 months back when i did cbc, rdw was 14.6 not it reduced to 14.00 though. Also, i have gut issues sometimes due to ibs. Please help me plan the newxt course of action. My symptoms: lack of proper sleep, trouble concentrating sometimes, i pee more, sugar and hba1c are normal though. Please guide me. Blood pressure is: 126/80

Mentzer Index greater than 14 would suggest Iron Deficiency when HB is less than 13. In your case, HB is normal. You might still have iron deficiency, but need to undergo serum ferritin and serum iron tests if you really want to find out your iron status. This doesn't look like anemia.
