I Have issue Of no facial hair/ small Testicles and Penis size size ...i got my hormones checked and i found my fsh is lower Testosterone - 383 LH - 2.6 FSH- 1.3 E2 -25 PRL- 7 After this i got seminogram done Sperm - 60 mil/ cum 40-50% MOTILITY 66% abnormal this problem was from start .i never felt my puberty hitting properly and felt that I have some problem...i need to what can be the problem is this 2⁰ male hypogonadism? Can it be treated

Your testosterone is good. Your sperm count is good. This does not look like male hypogonadism
