Ask her to spend time with her family. Starting with more 15mins. 1. Ask her to put efforts in talking to one parent everyday. Or sibling. 2. Tell her. What someone thinks about her in what they feel about themselves. She is not what someone else feels. So be forgiving and forgive that boy for breaking her heart. She will feel light. 3. And if she has recognised her pattern. To break it.  Do opposite. Example- If you feel like not doing the. Office work. Do it. Opposite of every impulse. And don't feel guilty. 4. Sun bath in morning. And remember it's just a beginning of learning and experiences.  You are worthy of happiness and love. All the best.
