Uterus is bulky (10x7cm) with normal echotexture. Endometrial echos are normal (6-7mm), homogenous with irregular outline. A large (7x7cm) well define hypoechoic mass seen in the posterior wall away from the canal. No clacification changes seen. No significant vascularity seen in color flow.
