Is this Heart problem or Gastritis?
Hi sir, From Jan 19, at first i got pain in my left chest side and next day I felt pain in my left chest along with back upper middle and also left hand, left leg veins pain and little weakness and dizziness. It comes and goes not very sharp. Also i get pain in my left chest side whenever/after I eat food or water and my feet Starts getting little sweat but not too much and didn't sweat my body but randomly heart palpitations comes and goes. Also This continued for nearly 20 days and I can't sleep left side facing as pain comes from left side chest near the heart so I change my sleeping position to right or face forwarding sleep and later any sleeping position hurts chest. from 15 days, no chest pain but I started Getting burps, bloating so much daily along with indigestion problem started and also veins in my body at random place little Pain and little difficult to swallow food & 2 days back a little drop blood stick with stool came (1 time) and today little left chest pain started.

This might be symptoms of acid reflux disease, u need to get basic blood investigations and endoscopy done Also to get a ECG and 2d echo just to rule out cardiac causes although it's rare at this age

Hello there, after listening to your complaints, it is better that you meet a Cardiologist and get an ECG done to analysand rule out any cardiac chest pain. If it is normal, then you can proceed to consult a gastroenterologist to get an endoscopy followed by medication.
