Hello doctor actually I purchased medicine for my grandmother for diabetes.xigduo xr was very expensive so I bought this.is it an ethical medicine?? Or is it generic?? Is it a good alternative? If not please suggest some affordable brands with same composition but should be ethical doctor.

It is a good alternative to xidduo xr ,it is from a standard pharmaceutical company,with the same composition at a lower price .few other brands are available with lower prices like selga M and emildap M
