Is this eczema that I am suffering?
I've got a wound by an accident 1 month ago. As it started healing, I got small yellow bumps around the affected area full of pus. Now the wound looks fatal and most of the time, pus oozes out from it. Sir is this eczema that I am suffering? If not then please let me know what this is.

It is severely infected. Cannot predict at this stage if it is infected eczema or infected wound. Treatment needs to be started ASAP. Please contact me using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
