I am a 29-year-old woman and I have a lot of pressure catering to the expectations of my new job and my new life as a wife to someone. I have been under constant stress to perform well at both the places and evidently, I feel like I’m losing myself in the race. I am looking for stress relief therapy. Do stress relief therapy work? Or will I have to find another solution?
