I want to know that is there any techniques to find the range of thought which comes in mind..like any problems in body which comes in report.
I sometime feel that thoughts continuously comes in my mind..but I believe it's just normal routine of mind.
So just I wanted to know.please give your best solution..

Our mind is never out of thoughts. Its just some thoughts affect us and some dont. There is no. Such test which can tap on range of thoughts but yes there are some tests which can tap on types of thoughts which may affect you.
