There are no polyps in the CT scan
No surgery needed
The problem of your frequent colds is due to allergies to dust/ fungus/ pollens. Surgery will not cure allergy
Get a skin prick allergy test done to identify the cause and will be managed thereafter. Oral vaccines for allergy will be prescribed as a permanent method of cure
Next Steps

Since you do not have any symptoms, just doing Jala Neti with warm saline with intranasal corticosteroid sprays and oral antihistamines should suffice for the next 6 months.
