Is there any chance of pregnancy

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi i am pcod patient i am trying to conceive from last 3 months.. I am on metformin and folic acid, Ecosprin medicines.. I have taken my ovulation test yesterday and follicle size is bigger then expected on 11th day of period.. Can any one please suggest me is there any chance of getting pregnant this month.. I am too stressed as my in laws wants baby as soon as possible.. Please help me in this kindly review attached report..

inj fertigyn has already been given..so these follicles should rupture.. If they do not then u ll hv to see for next cycle... most likely the ll form cyst..
