Is swelling normal after a dog bite
Recently I got bitten by my friend’s alsaian dog. Although my friend swears that his dog has been vaccined and cared for, I am not really sure what is up with my arm after being biten. Is swelling normal after a dog bite?

Swelling will occur around any site of trauma, so it is normal to have inflammation around the wound. If the dog is properly vaccinated, wash the wound thoroughly and apply ice over the site which will help in bringing down the inflammation.
