Is spondylitics get cure

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I am suffering from the spondylitics since a year , Now I am more worried how would I get healed from this painful diseases I get back pain mostly during the night and morning my heel starts to pain Is there any permanent medicine for spondylitis? Or how to get relief from it? How to manage this kind of problem during pregnancy? we are planning for it. Please suggest some solution for my problem
