Each capsule of Revetize (skin, hair & nail suppliment) contains: Zinc (as Zinc amino chelate) : 15mg, Biotin : 1mg, Horsetail extract : 215mg, Providing Silica : 15mg, Copper (as Copper sulfate) : 1mg, Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) : 25mg, Iron (as Ferrous fumarate) : 7.5mg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) : 100mg, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) : 15mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) : 2 mg. (1 capsule once daily & take 3 months everyday after breakfast)

Taking supplements without the reason is never a good idea as the white ones in the body need to be in the right proportion and ratio for the metabolic functions to work optimally.
