Hi. My doctor has told my husband has got periostitis calcanea. And has given vitE tablet n hot water heel immersion. This hasn't helped much. Shud i take a second opinion? Please advise if its dangerous n needs immediate action?

It is not an emergency and not dangerous.probably he meant calcaneal spur. Use soft heels or heel cups from orthotics.meet a doctor in your own free time
