Is my Eye power OK ?
I am 26 yrs old. Recently I did my Eye test in a Govt. Hospital. The test report says Right Eye's power :- SPH -0.25 & CYL -0.5 & Axis 20 degree & for Left Eye's power :- SPH -0.25 & CYL -0.25 & Axis 160 degree. DISTANT VISION. I want to know whether is it very critical condition? Is it necessary to wear spect at all times ? Or Can I opt to use spect only during Office hours (working in laptop) and for study purpose. Can you suggest some measures to follow.
