Hi there! Happy to help. Firstly, what was the reason you were prescribed steroid tablets? If you never had floaters before, and you suddenly develop them, it can be due to various causes, including mild trauma, undiagnosed retinal conditions, high prescription power, etc. if they remain the same in number it is not of much concern. If you feel they are increasing in number it is important to get a full retinal evaluation done.
Next Steps
Retinal specialist opinion.
