Hello as i am an athlete, bt due to some injury i havend worled out for 6months or more n i gained weight of about 15kgs. My height is 5'4", and weight ,70kgs . I have no health issues. So let me knw wether i can go for keto dieting or no

Keto diet is high fat low carbs diet. It is basically a 4 week plan and one can be on keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that continuously. Keto diet has some side effects too.
