Is it unsafe to sleep on stomach
I am 9 weeks pregnant. Is it unsafe to sleep on stomach during pregnancy. I will be feeling bloating often, feel like gas stuck in stomach. Sleeping on stomach makes me feel better. Is it unsafe to sleep like this during pregnancy?

At 9 weeks of pregnancy it makes no difference. As the pregnancy advances (about 18-20 weeks) you may feel a little discomfort while sleeping on your abdomen . Then you can adjust your sleeping position.
