Issue got resolved after that but fear of colon cancer setup in mind. I started going loo and try to forcefull motion to see if blood is comin or not.. Unfortunate, in july 2022, i saw first blood incidents. I did two stool test after that and all came neagtive. But from there onwards, i was taking stool in hand and checking for blood. I started seeing blood incident after every 15 16 days gap. It comes suddenly and thenstop for many days. Intially, there was slightly burning sensation when blood used to come. This continued till yesterday. Yesterday, i fear for cancer, i went 8 time motion even there was no urge and now i am seeing very little blood at start of first stool cominh out or anus. having burning sensation after motion.there is no weight loss in last 8 month.suggestplz

Bleeding per  rectum is seen in many conditions. The most common cause is piles. Followed by fissure,  less commonly cancer. Chronic constipation can lead to both piles or fissures. Get examination by a general surgeon. Usually cancer symptoms will not arrive with such a long history . So better examine by a surgeon
Next Steps
meet general surgeon
