Is it radiating pain or testicles pain.

My right testicle pains little bit like suddenly the pain starts from right hip to leg and testicle and when I touch testicle I don't feel any pain but when hip pains it pain. I attached two pics marked one is right side I feel some swollen nerve type or like pipe complaints I have is Hip pain Nerve compression pain I feel some nerves radiating pain to kidney side when I touch Pelvic pain Thigh and leg pain It all started after covid I don't had any undescended or any previous testicular surgery. I don't have yellow sperms too it pain's suddenly Im tensed of Variocele, Hernia Is it could be variocele or hernia or epididymitts or cancer pls help me to come out from depression I don't have family history or undescended testicles or cancer and afraid to show doctors coz I fear from surgeries pls help me
