If the biopsy comes as cancerous. .first of all you will need a proper surgery followed by evaluation for chemotherapy and radiation.

There are tests which will tell you whether chemotherapy will benefit you or not. Meet a medical oncologist and ask for this test. If the tests says that chemotherapy may not be very beneficial, you can avoid it. However, if the test says it will help You, it's better to take chemotherapy
