I'm having some shortness of breath its like i'm taking deep breath from my mouth. i have 99 fever and sometimes 98. I have a feeling of something stuck in my throat i had acidity day before yesterday . I have a body ache cause of my periods. I don't really have a cold, i just sneeze at times. No other issue. Should i be worried about Covid 19. i'm getting really paranoid. constantly thinking about it

From your symptoms, it looks like an allergic issue. Since you do not have a dry cough, fever above 100, COVID is less likely. But if you have traveled to an international destination in the past 3 weeks or have a direct exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID then you can consider getting tested. Otherwise with some cough syrup and PCM you should be fine in a few days.
