I am a medical student .I see left lateral enlaged circumvallate papilla.i want to know is it really a circumvallate papilla or some new lesion.is it normal or abnormal?

That's is enlarged tonsil on one side which might be due sore throat, or mild throat infection.
You need to keep your tongue clean to prevent any such infection

This is definitely not normal but I do notice that you do need to use oral hygiene procedures to clean your tongue. It may have precipitated due to infection or could be another pathology. Start using a mouthwash and tongue cleaner and a Oral medicine and radiologist
