Is it Available govt and pvt Hospital?
I am from Mumbai, I have hydrocele and hemorrhoid grade 3.  Is laparoscopic and laser surgery available in government hospitals?  Or can I get it done under Jyotiba Phule scheme or PMJAY scheme from private hospitals in Mumbai?

You will need surgery for the hydrocele, as laparoscopic and laser techniques are not suitable options. Grade 3 hemorrhoids can be treated with laser, but I don’t think this procedure is covered under the government MJPJAY scheme.

Both options are good..most government and private hospitals have laproscopic surgery available. But laser surgery for haemorrhoidectomy cannot be commented upon,if u r getting it covered under pMJay or any other scheme at private hospital,go for it.
