Is it Anxiety ?
Dr,From past 8months i am feeling like rocking sensation,back head pain from last 2weeks and neck stiffness ,getting thoughts like i am going to die or i have serious disease like that,when i am going for morning walk or jog feels my energy gets drained out and my eyes gets blackout,feels like fell down and after deep breath i am getting normal.if any happy situation happens i cannot express it when i smile or talk my brain gets fog.Recently when i am standing and bending down my head in single place doing some activity feels like fell down, immediately if i looks up gets normal.sometimes suddenly getting stomach pain with out reason and consulted doctor he done tests and says its normal. Please provide some solution to get out from this and is it for anxiety or any other health issue?
