Is it acne ony arms?

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have developed those tiny red and white blocks on my arms... Is it body acne or something else? I am also suffering from hives for which I am taking medicine and after the hives are controlled my attention went to my arm which itches sometimes.. that's not hives but the area becomes red and irritated. Please help
