Is Himalaya Abana ok for LDL
LDL:170, VLDL:48, Triglycerides: 260, HDL: 42. In January everything was okay. Cardio reduced and nuts and yolk(2 yolk out of5) intake increased. Rest 2roti a day with sabzi and chicken during night. Reducing eggs without yolk and chicken only breast piece and no nuts and roti sabzi normal during noon. Introduced Himalaya Abana 2tab twice a day. I hope it is enough?

You are getting it all wrong. The problem here is not food derived cholesterol,  but cholesterol that is made in excess by the liver to curb inflammation in the body. So egg yolk is not the culprit. Youbare having wrong inflammatory foods and lifestyle because of which the liver is producing cholesterol to reduce it. Cholesterol works like a band aid. You derive only 20% from food. Rest is made by liver So the solution is to rat the right non inflammatory foods foe which you should follow HAIP DIET.  Also to improve hdl you should take a good fish oil supplement along with arjun. But following HAIP DIET is the key

“Yes, Abana is generally safe to use for supporting cholesterol control when taken as directed and along with your doctor’s prescription. You may also take a home remedy: a warm-water mix of garlic (1 small clove, crushed), ginger (1 tsp grated), fresh lemon juice (1 tsp), honey (1 tsp), and apple cider vinegar (1 tsp) once daily, preferably in the morning. Dilute well, sip with a straw, and rinse your mouth afterward. Please continue your medicines, add daily Pranayam and 30–45 minutes of brisk walking/yoga, and follow a heart-healthy diet (more vegetables, whole grains, pulses, nuts/seeds; avoid fried/processed foods, excess sugar, and egg yolks). Recheck your lipid profile in 8–12 weeks. Avoid the drink if you have gastric ulcers/acid reflux, are on blood thinners, or if honey is not advisable for your sugar control. If you notice irritation or discomfort, stop and let me know.

I dont think taking Himalaya abana 2tab twice a day can only help you with it. Since it carries its own side effects too. And as u said u have raised triglycerides and LDL so in this case you should take Dabur lipistat medicine just 1 cap. After meal at the same time.Continue it for 3 months.
Next Steps
Consult for better treatment.
Health Tips
Reduce fatty foods.

Hi, for your age Triglycerides are raised, also you are said you are taking chicken twice in a day ( noon , night) .... See that how much oil is added in it. Taking nuts will not effect triglycerides. Try to do work out daily You can take Abana ( himalya) daily twice but it's not for hyperlipidemia. It's for heart functioning. Cholesterol is in the vessels can be reduced with proper diet and exercise Consult an ayurvedic doctor or dietician If it's increasing further then consult a cardiologist Also get your Echo and TMT done

"Your lipid levels are high, likely due to dietary changes. Reducing yolks, fried foods, and nuts is right. Continue regular exercise, manage stress, and follow a light, fiber-rich diet. Himalaya Abana can support lipid control, but periodic monitoring and personalized Ayurvedic management will help better. I suggest you consult me for a detailed plan."
