Hello . Yeah it's fine to take head bath n bath during viral fever . Increased intake of fluids ,,you can take vital Z n EZ granules along with water, coconut water,fresh fruit juices,etc to keep your body hydrate .For congestion in chest take opinion of your physician . Take care . Thank you
