What is Frozen dessert and what is the difference between an ice cream and a frozen dessert.After searching it's all technical terms displayed. Taste wise Frozen desserts doesn't look good.Is is it safe to have frozen desserts ,What am I getting bad if I consume frozen dessert vs ice cream?As some sites say that frozen desserts is nothing but cooking oil are they right.
