Saw a video saying intralesional keloid excision is a good option and gives good results. It that correct ?
Chest keloid , 8 years old almost 1.5 inches in length .
If not what can I do to stop it from growing ?

No chest keloid should never be revised by surgery. Injection and cryotherapy is the best option and safe. If remove, the keloid will come back even bigger.
