Is endometrial thickness of 7mm normal?

Hey! My mom recently went through her menopause stage and she was having some hormonal problems. So, we went to the doctor and we discovered that her endometrial thickness has grown upto 7mm after menopause. How should we react to this and what is it that we must do now?
