Hii
In December my mother got a dysmenorrhea, so an usg was done that time endometrial thickness was 10mm
Then doctor prescribed Dinogest.
And told to have an usg after three months
Now we did a usg the endometrial thickness is increased to 14mm
Suggestive of adenomyosis
Adenomyoma
Endometrial hyperplasia.
Now my doctor prescribed my mother elagolix.
So what should we do now.
Patient doesn't have any complaints for now she is fit.
