I have concha bullosa in my left nostril as per CT Scan image attached due to which I face difficulty in expelling mucus everyday which feels very inconvenient and embarrassing and causing breathing difficulty until the mucus clears. I want to know whether crushing of Concha Bullosa will be an effective procedure for me as it is less invasive than other options like resection of bulla / turbinectomy? I have fear of Synechia formation in invasive procedures. Can concha bullosa recur if crushing method is used?
Do I need surgery or is there any medicine which can cure concha bullosa permanently?

No I don't think you need any surgery.
As per your CT Scan already inferior turbinates are removed.
You may already have a roomy nose.
I need more history on smell sensation, accumulation of Crusts in nose etc.
Next Steps
jus use saline nasal drops to loosen the secretions .
no surgery (conchoplasty or conchectomy) needed

As per your ct scan you dont need a second surgery u start some mucolytic agents with proper saline nasal douching for your persistent symptoms of blockage. sometimes Empty nose syndrome happens post surgery in which blockade sensation due to excessive crusting of nose occurrs
No
Surgery is generally not advisable now
Did you undergo any surgery previously ? Coz your CT scan shows some changes like your inferior turbinates are probably atrophied or removed
Consult an ENT specialist in person for correct examination
No u do no require surgery as per the ct scan, u already have a roomy nose, and inferior turbinates are not visible. This is my opinion, but need more history to tell confirmatory diagnosis and further management
