Is collagen umder ga needed
My son suffered superficial burns 3 days ago from his shoulder to elbow on right hand. he is 15 months. Doctor at a famous hospital suggested collagen under general anaesthesia to avoid daily dressing and for faster healing. It's around 35000. Is it needed? Please help to decide

It will certainly help with the healing of the wound and accelerate the healing process. Now, because its 35000 I leave the choice to you.
Without it also, it will heal but the chance for leaving a mark will be higher and will take longer. Hence, is it not absolutely necessary but if cost if not a heavy constraint then you may get it done.Hope this is helpful.
