Irritation under foreskin.

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi, from last few days I have noticed white puss like substance I'd forming which irritate at times. When I clean it ,it stops but it again starts irritating after a while. Is it some kind of infection? What should I do next? Is there any medication that I can take?
