Dear sir/ma'am, There is a kind of tingling sensation and unusual itching on the left side of the tip of region where the foreskin meets the tip of the penis. The veins look more red than usual. There is no pain during urination or otherwise. There is no pain during erection as well. However, when the foreskin is pulled back, there is a sensation that is uneasy to feel. This increases when the foreskin is pulled back repeatedly during masturbation. Kindly suggest further action.
