Irritation of forehead by excess hair

Hi I am 14 years old .I have mistakenly trimmed on my forehead above the eyebrows.Now, i am suffering from irritation on that place as hair has grown then and number of small dots occured at some place which is very irritating .My hairline also disturbed at sides left and right of forehead and it is also disturbing for me.It also grown near my eyes below eyebrows which made my eye movement difficult.Please say me a solution to get rid of this disturbance on my forehead due to hair.
