Irritation during urination

I live in Rajasthan and my name is Mahi prajapat.
For at least a month i have been facing issues related to urination .
Uneasiness, uncomfortable during passing urine, irritation,urge to frequently urinate and burning sensation are the symptoms. I have been taking alkacip quite often. I'm married n sexually active too.
