Irritation below Tongue are eating

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I'm on Anti histamines and corticosteroid treatment for skin irritation from last one month. From last few days, after eating anything, or after tea, Below Tongue (lingual frenulum), I feel certain tingling, irritation and little heaviness. What must be the reason?
