Irritation and burning sensation

I am experiencing irritation in genital tip as well as near anus region. It all started around three days ago. I am also having irritation in arm pits, cubitals as well as popliteal. There are red rashes all over these regions ( except genital tip). Is this summer rashes/ prickly heat? What should be the solution to my problem.
