Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Does a person suffering from IBS have to eliminate gluten and/or dairy completely from their diet or it can be consumed in moderation? Please provide a few gluten free food options. Can Ghee (1tsp a day), Curd and Buttermilk be consumed? If not, then will it be better to replace dairy with Soy/Almond Milk and Nut (Peanut, Almond, Cashew) Butters? What foods can a Non Vegetarian have?
