Dear Doctor. I am having pain (pricking) with burning sensation in anus.I am finding difficult to pass stools.I am taking pilex tabs and applying pilex ointment in anus when needed.Stools sometimes hard stools.pl advice.Thanks R CHANDRASEKARAN

Hi First thing u need to have a bland & high fibre diet...avoid having deeply fried, spicy, oily diet. For constipation start Tab dulcolax 1od for 5days after dinner The tablets which you using currently are for treating piles
