Hi... Vaccination has some side effects but anxiety or anxiousness is not one of them. It seems more cognitive in this case. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) will work well in this case. Taking Vaccination while being on anxiety medication is not an issue, but you can consult the doctor/Psychiatrist who prescribed you anxiety medication, if you have any doubts.
