Asked for Female, 20 Years

Been getting really bad bumps on my legs arms stomach back tighs bum everywhere, the bumps are lines of bumps looks like scratches but it isnt, thats how it appears on the skin. Last two nights, itching was so bad it woke me up several times from my sleep. Its not bed bugs or bites it comes and goes. Ive been to my doctor and showed him pictures and he said it looks like what happens when that part of skin has had trauma before, but didnt give me anything.
