Irregular texture and pores on skin

I have problem in my face for few months.. I have some pores and uneven texture. It's looking dull and rough without any life r shine. I used to have soft clear skin but suddenly I'm getting this problem and I lost my confidence. I am 23 and I'm now looking too old too.
