Stomach very badly pain not able to bear at al sometime back pain also occur and lot of veeknes and sometimes feels like something heavy in under the stomach am not having idea when my period date come and go

If you are saying you hv irregular cycles with pain abdomen then it could be due to ovarian cysts , endometriosis , fibroid , adenomyosis etc Get an ultrasound pelvis done as a baseline investigation
