Paining so badly

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My last period is on 1st of july and it stops after 3 days.. during period it is paining so baldy in my lower abdomen and my back side .i can't even walk I had sex in june .i didnt have sex in july and august .. I did pregnancy test kit also but it is negative .please advice me what happen to me..am i pregnant

If already the Urine Pregnancy Test is negative then there are very less chances that you are pregnant but still if you have doubts you can go ahead with a beta HCG blood test to be 100% sure that you were not pregnant
