Asked for Female, 23 Years

This query is for my wife. She is 23 years old. In the same month, she has gone through two periods. the first one started on 6th March and ended on 18th march. The period started ones again on 25th and is continue. Can you please let us know what is the possible problem causing this issue. Also please let us know the treatment for this.
